EERN wishes the staff and clients of our member Agencies a Merry Christmas and a relaxing New Year.

Thanks to our generous supporters and donors of the many household items EERN can recycle to families who can make good use of them

EERN has packed and distributed close to 400 Christmas hampers to Agency clients. HUNTINGTOWER School, Mount Waverley, and other donors very generously supplied many of the items used in the hampers. Whitehorse City Council and Woodards Real Estate Blackburn organised donations of new toys and gifts which have been accessed by clients with children.

The EERN warehouse will be closed for the Christmas / New Year break from 1 pm Wednesday 21 st December to 9 am Wednesday 4th January 2023.

Online bookings for Warehouse visits and pick-ups of tagged items from 4 th January can be made throughout this period.

Available Stock. EERN has a good selection of furniture / whitegoods / small electrical goods in the warehouse.  Refrigerators are in short supply.

EERN is open to Member agencies and their clients under the following guidelines : (i) Agency workers submit a formal Request for Goods through the supplied web-link request form and have received emailed confirmation of the agreed visit date and time; (ii) adhere to scheduling of warehouse visits; and (iii) where possible, pickup goods on the same day as they are selected by the clients.

The EERN warehouse team are happy to select requested items ready for pickup by the client’s carrier or courier.  A new booking system for pickup of tagged items has started operations.
