EERN NEWS UPDATE
EERN are continuing to operate under the lockdown operation guidelines we have used from the start of the year including: Only assisting in urgent / emergency cases; Strict scheduling of visits to the warehouse; Client access only with an Agency worker; Pickup of goods on the same day as they are selected by the clients; and, where possible, the EERN warehouse team will select the requested items ready for pickup by the client’s carrier/courier.
EERN Warehouse Entry Policy. The committee advises that Agency clients can only enter the warehouse with an Agency worker and must be signed in/QR coded, confirm they have no COVID symptoms and wear a mask. No Mask, No Entry.
Available Stock. EERN has restarted collecting furniture donations so has most types of furniture in the warehouse.
EERN Annual Meeting. A reminder that the annual meeting will be held by Zoom on Monday 25th October at 1.30 pm. See the separate email already sent for details.
EERN Christmas Hampers. We are pleased to advise we will be offering Christmas Hampers again this year. An email will be sent out shortly inviting Agencies to apply.

EERN volunteers accept, collect and warehouse donated recycled quality furniture, white goods, bedding, kitchen items and small electrical appliances. Non-perishable food, personal hygiene items and financial donations are gratefully accepted.
EERN partners with community-based agencies (Members) working within the cities of Boroondara, Knox, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash and Whitehorse.
EERN provides clients of these agencies access to the large, cost free repository of items listed above and emergency items such as food hampers and hygiene packs for immediate needs.
