Without our many supporters, EERN would not be able to continue to deliver services to our members and their clients.
In addition to providing EERN with necessary operating funds to run our trucks, service the buildings and equipment and buy necessary basic food and personal hygiene products, EERN supporters have assisted EERN to grow by supporting capital purchases.
Starting from a garage in the backyard of a house in the eastern suburbs, EERN has grown, and now own two warehouses (with a small remaining debt) from which EERN’s services are delivered.
| These provide a safe environment where member clients can select furniture and other household goods. EERN volunteers then prepare the selected items for delivery by outside couriers. Part of one warehouse is used for checking and testing white goods and other electrical items before delivery to clients. |
